“Upon arrival they were accommodating by allowing us in early which was much appreciated. However,upon entering the first issue was the damaged porch. They said It had been damaged in a storm the previous week. We weren't notified in advance and discovered upon arrival. It was unsafe. Roof was propped up with a 1×6 board. The front wall broken in half from floor to ceiling & side wall completely shifted, resting on edge of a part of the block foundation. There were brown liquid drip...

“The room was clean and pool was beautiful. Only complaint was no microwave but we dealt with it. It was a great stay at The Palms. We will be back.”

“Easy remote check in/out. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had options for various dietary preferences. Great system to order in advance and brought to your room at the requested time. We stayed in the off season, and the restaurant and spa were closed during our stay. ”
