“The grounds were beautiful! Not so much the room! Our headboard was a massive piece of wood attached to the wall; it had dust so thick on it you could write your name in it! There is no sign that directs you to your room once off the elevators; instead the sign is at the opposite end of the hallway. (?) The lobby furniture is old and outdated, thread bare in some spots and missing nailheads in the chairs. The buffet is really good for a great price, the staff is cheery.”

“If you are in Cleveland for an event at the Rocket arena or the baseball stadium there is no better place to stay than at this property. It was a 5 minute walk to the show. The property is very secure and you need a key card to access everything. Take advantage of the parking pass, because traffic and parking is a nightmare. Colin was a good sport helping me with my many questions, the most important thing to do is read the directions before you arrive so you know to pick up the key and parking...

“A very nice modern hotel, the rooms are large and comfortable. The highlight of the hotel for us was the top floor Lift bar. The staff are friendly and helpful, we had a good stay.”

“The staff was absolutely wonderful! Parking was average even with the bike rally that was going on and the rib cook off up in the harbor the hotel was full. Breakfast was Plain Jane nothing spectacular. Could definitely tell the hotel needed an update! The first room we were checked into stunk so bad we had to move. We later found out that it was apparently the air conditioner? Again the staff was extremely helpful! We were immediately moved to another room.”

“The bathtubs have a coating on them that is peeling. We asked to change rooms due to this issue and our new room also had the same problem with the tub.”
